How do I stop my sixteen-year-old neighborhood from hitting on me without hurting his feelings?

Ever since the word “cougar” came out my sixteen year old neighbor has got it into his head that I want him as my younger boy toy- even though I’m not 40 something, and there for not a “cougar” He keeps calling me sexy and hot and says he has a thing for older women. He struts round in front of my house with his t-shirt off. He keeps asking me to dinner or to hang out at his house, he shows up at my house hoping I’ll invite him in so he can give me and I quote a “Full bodied baby oil magic hands massage” -eww. How do I get this kid off my back with out damaging his ego?

Look, if there’s anything I know about this sort of thing, you gotta be blunt with this kid. Let him know that you 2 can’t hook up since it’s against the law, and tell him at the same time you don’t like him romantically, so tell him not to wait around till he’s 18.
