A “friend” recently went to a local massage parlor, upon the recommendation of his neighbor, for an hour long massage. Near the conclusion of his treatment, he was surprised with what is commonly know as a “happy ending”. He neither requested, nor expected this to be part of the experience. As he was told before the treatment started, the price for his hour massage was $45, not including a tip. When the massage was over, he asked again, just to be sure, that the price was still $45 for the hour. He was told it was and was left with the issue of a tip. The question is, how much should he tip for the extra service he neither requested nor expected?
