i posted a vidoe camera on craigslist and i received a massage from a guy from las vegas that he would buy it

he told me would send me a certified check ,then i would have to take it to the bank so it would be cleared then i would send the camera to him,the check is already on the way is this safe????????
And how do i send the camera???
